The famous Kominos winery produces some of the best wines in Australia. At 2550 feet above sea level, it is one of the highest situated vineyards in the Granite Belt. It is this altitude that provides the cool summers necessary for slow ripening of the grapes for maximum flavor development. Winemaker Toni Komino, who studied winemaking in Greece, blends the old winemaking know how with advancements of the New World. We are proud to introduce the Kominos wines to our satisfied customers. Toni Komino, to bring out the fruit and flavors guaranteed to please your palate, has handcrafted Kominos Shiraz. The raspberry on the nose persists throughout the palate.
