Chateau Maucamps - Haut Medoc
The 1999 Chateau Maucamps has intense aromas of wood and vanilla, roasted coffee, over ripe red fruits and bing cherries. The tannins are mature, fat and robust; the wine is still young so if ou drink it now it should be opened some time before serving. This is another great wine from this outstanding vintage that will complement grilled red meats served with wild mushrooms and/or roasted potatoes. CMH99 CMH99
