Dolium Tempranillo

The 2003 Dolium Tempranillo is a perfect example of the turnaround occurring in Argentina. Made from a grape that is only seen in Spain, the Dolium Winery has made a new world wine with an old world grape. Armed with the latest technology and winemaking skills, they were able to create a wine with a deep garnet color and intense aromas of red fruits and spice. The fruit comes across vibrant and pure on the palate along with notes of vanilla from the wine's barrel ageing which further enhances its richness and depth. A great wine for hearty meat dishes and steaks and will also please well with sharp cheeses. DTW03 DTW03
