Ayala Champagne Brut

Rene Chayoux bought the house of Ayala out of bankruptcy during the worldwide depression of the 1930's and hasn't looked back since. After giving control of the estate to Jean-Michel Duceillier in 1948, the Ayala Estate has continued its production of fantastic Champagnes. Also the owner of Chateau La Lagune of Bordeaux, the house of Ayala has been one of the few Champagne houses to remain independent. This wonderful, dry Champagne, which is a Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) blend is sure to please with its creamy, full flavors. ACB93 ACB93
