From the Pfalz comes this delightful Essinger Rossberg semi-dry Chardonnay. The Chardonnay grape is relatively new to German wine production and is limited to vines grown in the Pfalz. Because there is no oak aging the wine is very crisp and clean and really highlights the wonderful taste of the grape itself. The taste is light with subtle fruit flavors of pear and melon.
