Black Springs - Reserve Chardonnay

From the most important wine region in Australia, Hunter Valley, comes this crisp, fresh, and fruity Reserve Chardonnay. After being "must chilled", the juice was split into 2 parcels, with 3/4 of the blend fermented and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. The other 1/4 was unoaked and underwent a full malolactic fermentation. The winemaker, Neil McGuigan, is an expert at producing wines that resemble the calssic white Burgundies. BRCW03 BRCW03
