Patrice Bailly - Pouilly fume Cuvee Speciale
The Baillys have been growing wine in the midst of the Pouilly vineyards for 5 generations. The current proprietor of the vineyard, Jean-Pierre Bailly, who took over the vineyard in 1963 has dedicated himself to continue making wine known for its quality and fruity aromas that are characteristic of his Pouilly Fume. Made from vines that range in age from 10 to 40 years the "Bailly" Pouilly Fume is a dry, fruity wine with a "gun-flint" taste that can be served as an aperitif or accompany a main course such as fish, shellfish and white meat.
