Pouilly-Fume'
Claude Michot gives us a Pouilly Fume' which expresses much more than most wines made wwith Sauvignon blanc. not just a grassy, acidic dry white but a round, lush wine with depth of fruit concentration, superb balance and qualities which make it an ideal white wine. Starting with a nice flowery bouquet and finishing with clean, crisp citrus style fruit, the wine will appeal to a broad range of palate tastes, no doubt about it! The wine is produced in the upper Loire region of France near Sancerre. FUM01 FUM01
