Clos Sainte Pauline La Vertu Coteaux De Languedoc
This unusual wine come from the Languedoc region. It is unusual in that it is a white wine from an area that is predominately known for its red wines. The young proprietor of Clos St. Pauline, Alexandre Pages, updated his winery in an effort to mix new techniques with the old traditions in order to maximize the fruit from his vines. This white wine is a mixture of white Grenache, Roussane, Rolles and Clairette. Aged 13 months in small oak barriques. Tasting notes include "oaky nose, full lush palate with plenty of vanilla and buttery texture". STPW99 STPW99
