Here it is, the Nectar of the Gods! They are harvested in early December from frozen grapes (a very rare happening). These grapes have to be crushed in a frozen state. The pure grape must be from the late harvested frozen grapes in order to produce our popular Eiswein Riesling, a wine meant for Kings and Queens. A taste with a thousand different finishes.
